1. Introduction

This privacy policy outlines how Indulge Media Limited and Indulge Media UK Ltd handle information collected through their websites and digital products, including UXDuty, in compliance with The Data Protection (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2017 and the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy may be updated periodically and we recommend reviewing it regularly.

  • Your name
  • Contact information, including email address and telephone number

Your explicit consent is requested before storing personal information, and you can adjust your preferences at any time.

We do not store any third-party advertising cookies.

You can disable cookies through your browser settings - see aboutcookies.org for instructions - or use private browsing mode, although doing so may affect how this website functions.

We also use Plausible Analytics to count visits and pages viewed in aggregate. Plausible is privacy-friendly: it does not set any cookies, does not track you across sites, and does not collect any personally identifiable information. To count unique daily visitors it derives a daily-rotating, non-reversible hash from your IP address, user agent and a server-side salt, which is then discarded at the end of the day.

Plausible is loaded through Google Tag Manager and will only run if you accept our cookie banner. Even when accepted, no cookies are set by Plausible itself. You can change your mind any time - .

7. What we do with the information we gather

The information we collect is used for:

  • Improving our products and services
  • Sending promotional emails about products, offers, or other information you may find relevant
  • Market research, by email or telephone
  • Customising website content based on your interests

8. Data retention

Personal data is retained in line with this policy until you withdraw your consent, or until there is no longer a legitimate reason to keep it.

9. Security

We use suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

10. Links to other websites

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of any external websites linked from ours. You should review the privacy statements of any third-party site you visit.
