UXDuty is supported by Indulge, an agency founded in 2009 that has worked with regulated organisations across financial services to improve digital products through research-led UX and accessible design.

Indulge provides the foundation behind UXDuty, with technical capability and delivery infrastructure in place from day one. For regulated firms completing vendor due diligence, Indulge brings a proven track record of working within financial services environments.

Russell has spent more than two decades building digital products for regulated organisations, including banks, mortgage providers, investment firms and financial regulators. Across that time, he kept encountering the same problems: fragmented UX research, disconnected accessibility reviews and slow, manual regulatory reporting.
He created UXDuty in response, drawing on that agency experience to help teams evidence usability, accessibility and Consumer Duty considerations more consistently.
